  1. Designing customized limestone pelletizing systems is a five-step process:
  2. In our laboratory, we determine the pelletizing characteristics of your material and establish equipment requirements for your particular needs.
  3. Using laboratory information, our engineering staff develops equipment layouts and process instrumentation diagrams for your system.
  4. Mars Mineral selects the proper pelletizing equipment and fabricates it in our own shop to meet your specifications.
  5. Mars Mineral delivers the finished equipment to your site, then installs the complete pelletizing system.
  6. Mars Mineral then provides our system startup expertise and training to your operators.

All Mars Mineral limestone pelletizing systems come with state-of-the-art electrical control systems, including programmable logic controllers, for maximum automation.
